Concerned about whether you can secure your homes during the six months your HDB Flat Eligibility (HFE) letters are valid? The validity period of the HFE letters has now been extended to nine months to streamline the homebuying process further.


The longer validity period of the HFE would also give BTO flat applicants the opportunity to take part in a greater number of sales exercises.
