The next Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) masterplan, which will be unveiled in 2025, will explore proposals including a greater number of housing options in central locations, as well as topics such as accessibility and sustainability.


While the URA will be gathering opinion on the ground on land use and development, accommodating everyone’s aspirations may remain a challenge.
