Thomson View Condominium was relaunched for en bloc sale at the same guide price of $950 million.

Comprising 200 apartments, 54 townhouses and a shop unit, Thomson View is zoned for residential development with a gross plot ratio of 2.1 under the Master Plan 2019.

While the site had garnered interest during the previous launch last November, the announcement of tighter cooling measures in December— less than a month from the date the tender was to be closed— saw prospective buyers reining in their acquisitions.

With the depletion of developers’ land banks, collective sales are once again gaining momentum. Golden Mile Complex has also been, amid the flurry of en bloc relaunches, sold for $700 million.

The relaunch of Thomson View comes on the back of lowered housing supply in District 20, which encompasses Ang Mo Kio, Bishan, and Thomson.

Not only is it in close proximity to Upper Thomson and Bright Hill MRT stations, but Thomson View is also within a short distance of amenities such as Thomson Plaza, MacRitchie Reservoir Park, and Ai Tong School.
