Million-dollar resale flat transactions hit new high in August

The 0.6% hike in resale prices for August might not have been staggering, but the secondary market saw 54 million-dollar flat sales the same month, toppling the previous record last September, which ended with the announcement of cooling measures.


Some homebuyers may be inclined to purchase flats in select locations, which may be bound by additional restrictions that would be imposed on new Plus and Prime HDB categories, when the changes unfurl in H2 2024.
