JCube to be redeveloped into 40-storey residential development

Say your goodbyes to the ice skating rink and your favourite food haunt at JCube.


The shopping mall will be closing its doors permanently, come August 6. The site will be transformed into a residential development, with the first two of its 40 stories dedicated for commercial operations.


The residential development is slated to be completed in 2027, adding to the vibrancy of the Jurong Lake District (JLD). With the building directly linked to the Jurong East MRT interchange, Westgate, IMM, as well as the upcoming Jurong East Integrated Transport Hub, residents can look forward to a whole new level of accessibility.
