The final BTO exercise of the year, which will take place in December, is one to look out for.


Sin Ming will see its first BTO project in 35 years. Its predecessor, which is in close proximity to Catholic High School and Whitley Secondary School, had been completed in 1988.


Demand would also be propped up by the relatively high prices of new private residences in surrounding districts, as well as the site’s proximity to acclaimed academic institutions.
