The first project in Sin Ming in 30-odd years has yet to be unfurled, but homebuyers can expect it to fulfil the demand for new public housing in the neighbourhood.

Its close proximity to stations on three MRT lines— the North-South line, Circle line, and the Thomson-East Coast line— would mean great convenience for residents.

The project, which entails 984 units spanning five residential blocks, is set to be completed by the middle of 2027.
