ABSD deadlines in 2023

Some 30 new launch projects are nearing the deadline by which developers’ additional buyer stamp duty (ABSD) may be remitted.


The majority of these sites are located within the Core Central Region (CCR), with the Rest of Central Region (RCR) coming up second.


Would discounts be probable, as developers attempt to clear the unsold units?


While there is that possibility, you shouldn’t bank your hopes on it. Furthermore, for developers who are unlikely to complete selling all units in time for the ABSD remission, offering lower rates would not do much for their project.
